Refund policy

We hope every order fromĀ Lena Quist brings you joy. If your purchase isn’t quite right, EU and UK customers may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund (unless faulty — see Clause 10 of our Terms & Conditions).

Please notify us within 14 days if you wish to return an item.


Returns Guidelines

  • Items must be new, unused, with all Lena Quist tags attached.

  • Items returned damaged, worn, or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.

  • Sample designs should be returned in the same condition received.

  • Customised or made-to-measure pieces are non-returnable due to their personalised nature.


Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Items are faulty if they arrive damaged or develop a manufacturing fault within six months.

  • Wear-and-tear or improper cleaning is not considered faulty.

  • We will repair or replace faulty items whenever possible.

  • If repair or replacement isn’t possible, a full refund will be issued.

  • Shipping costs will be refunded for faulty or damaged items, or for orders cancelled before dispatch under EU/UK Distance Selling Regulations.


Refunds

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method, minus shipping, taxes, or import duties.

  • PayPal refunds appear immediately; credit card refunds depend on your issuer’s processing time.

  • International customs duties and VAT/GST outside the EU/UK are the customer’s responsibility.

Important: Items must not be returned without prior notice. All returns must go through the official Lena Quist Return Process.
