Every garment is handmade by me in Berlin, Germany. Unless stated otherwise, your order will be made especially for you before it is shipped.
Where I Ship
I currently ship from Germany to a selection of countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and most destinations outside the EU.
If your country isn't available at checkout, please get in touch. I'll be happy to let you know whether shipping to your destination is possible.
Shipping Rates
Germany
Free standard shipping on orders over ā¬100.
Selected EU countries
Free standard shipping on orders over ā¬300.
United States
Standard shipping starts from ā¬30.
All import duties and taxes are included through Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, so there are no unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

Production Time
Made-to-order garments are typically completed within 5 to 10 business days before dispatch.
Larger orders or bespoke commissions will require additional time.
If you need your order for a particular date, many garments are eligible for a Fast Track upgrade. Where available, you'll find this option on the product page.
If I am unable to fulfil a Fast Track order, I'll contact you within 24 hours and arrange an alternative or issue a refund for the upgrade.

Delivery Information
Please ensure that your billing and shipping details are correct before completing your order, as parcels cannot be redirected once they have entered the courier's network.
All deliveries require a signature upon arrival.
I am unable to deliver to PO Boxes. DHL Packstation delivery is available within Germany.
Orders cannot be shipped to freight forwarding or parcel forwarding addresses, including Aramex forwarding services.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped within the European Union include German VAT where applicable.
Orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all applicable import duties and taxes are paid before delivery.
For all other destinations outside the European Union, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for customers in selected European Union countries and the United Kingdom.
Returned garments must be unworn, unused and have all original tags attached.
Made-to-order, bespoke and customised garments are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive with a manufacturing fault.
For customers outside the eligible return countries, purchases are considered final unless a garment arrives with a confirmed production fault or has been shipped incorrectly.

Additional Information
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or being refused by the recipient, the cost of reshipping the order will be charged before it can be sent again.
