Every garment is handmade by me, and many pieces are created especially for the person who orders them.

Below you'll find answers to the questions I'm most often asked. If you couldn't find the answer you were looking for, please get in touch. I'd love to hear from you.

Ordering

Are your garments made to order?

Yes. Every design is made to order unless it is part of the Ready to Ship collection. Ready to Ship items are clearly marked on the product page.

How do I choose the right size?

If you're unsure which size to order, simply send me your bust, waist and hip measurements. I'll recommend the size that will fit you best.

Can I request a different fabric or colour?

In many cases, yes.

If you have something specific in mind, please get in touch before placing your order. I'll let you know what options are currently available.

Do you create bespoke garments?

Yes. I accept a limited number of bespoke commissions throughout the year.

If you're interested in commissioning a one-of-a-kind piece, please get in touch with your ideas. I'll let you know whether your project is something I can accommodate.

Can you recreate a design from a previous collection?

Sometimes. It depends on the availability of the original fabrics and materials.

If there's a particular design you've fallen in love with, please get in touch. I'll let you know whether it's possible.

Can I have my order made sooner?

Some garments are eligible for a Fast Track upgrade. If available, you'll find this option on the product page.

If you have a specific deadline, please get in touch before placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once I have started making your garment, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

I currently ship from Germany to a selection of countries within the European Union, as well as the United Kingdom and most destinations outside the EU, including the United States.

If your country isn't available at checkout, please get in touch. I'll let you know whether shipping to your destination is possible.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes.

Orders to the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means any applicable import duties and taxes are paid before your order arrives, so there are no unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is charged at a flat rate. Current shipping prices are shown at checkout.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Every order is shipped with tracking, and you'll receive your tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Returns are accepted for eligible orders from selected European Union countries and the United Kingdom.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.

Made-to-order and bespoke garments are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive with a manufacturing fault.

Why are returns only accepted from selected countries?

Returns are currently accepted from selected European Union countries and the United Kingdom.

If you have any questions before placing your order, please get in touch. I'd be happy to help you choose the right size or answer any questions before you purchase.

Can I exchange for another size?

If another size is available, I'll be happy to arrange an exchange. Please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Previous Collections

I've seen one of your designs online, but I can't find it on your website. Can I still order it?

Possibly.

Not every design I've created over the years is currently available online.

If you've seen a garment on social media, in a magazine, at a performance or worn by an artist, send me a photo or a link.

If it's still possible to make, I'll let you know. If not, I may be able to suggest something similar from a current collection.

Press, Styling & Rentals

Can I borrow a garment for an editorial or photoshoot?

I occasionally loan garments for editorials, magazines and selected creative projects.

Please email your request together with a pull letter, production details and the dates you require the garment. As each piece is handmade, I can't accommodate every request.

Can I rent a garment for a music video, performance or production?

Yes. Selected garments are available for rental for music videos, live performances and other creative productions.

Please get in touch with details about your project, filming or performance dates, and the garments you're interested in. I'll be happy to discuss availability and rental terms.

Can I hire you as a stylist?

Yes.

I'm available for selected styling projects, including music videos, artist promotions, photoshoots and other creative productions.

About the Atelier

Where are your garments made?

Every garment is handmade by me in my atelier in Berlin, Germany.

Will sold-out pieces be restocked?

Some designs return, while others are retired once a fabric has been used or a collection has come to an end.

If you've fallen in love with a piece, I recommend not waiting too long.

Gift Cards

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available in a range of values and make the perfect gift when you're shopping for someone else.

Product Care

How should I care for my garment?

Each garment includes care instructions. Following them will help preserve the fabric, colour and finish for years to come.
