STORAGE
your garment care routine should start with storing the designs in the best way for the material.

NOT ONLY BAD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT; BAD FOR THE LONGEVITY OF YOUR CLOTHES AS WELL
WHAT TO DO INSTEAD?
Air your garment or use a fabric refreshing spray to rid of odours. This will make the shininess of the holographic and metallic designs last longer, as well as the vibrance of the colours of regular spandex and mesh.
HOW TO WASH
Your clothes will benefit from being cleaned the right way while using a laundry detergent customised for the type of fabric you are washing. Begin with identifying the material and follow these simple steps to keep your Lena Quist garment fresh & clean.
Holographic & metallic
When washing pieces made from holographic and metallic fabric, gently wash the garment by hand inside out in lukewarm water with a detergent for active wear. hang dry. Do not use softener or a detergent containing chlorine as this might cause damage to the top coating.
Do not tumble dry, iron or dry-clean.
Regular Spandex & Mesh
Turn the garment inside out and wash in the machine at 30° C WITH A DETERGENT FOR ACTIVE WEAR AND HANG DRY. Do not use softener or a detergent containing chlorine.
Do not tumble dry, iron or dry-clean as this may damage the fibres and cause the garment to age prematurely.
Cotton
Keep the print of your cotton clothing looking like new by turning the garment inside out. Wash at 30° C using the correct detergent; dark textiles for black and white for white to keep the colour fresh longer. Hang dry.
When ironing use an iron cloth to protect the print, or iron inside out.
WHEN IN DOUBT: HAND WASH IN LUKEWARM WATER IS THE GENTLEST WAY OF CARING FOR ANY MATERIAL
