Rules

Rules for borrowing clothes for a photo shoot: Models, photographers & stylists

Because of the many request, especially from models, here are the rules for borrowing clothes for a photo shoot:

Professional models, photographers, magazines and stylists are allowed to borrow clothes for a shoot as long as they'll arrange the shoot themselves; booking the team, arranging a location etc.

In return I want pictures, which I won't use anywhere without permission, of course, and when I do use the pics I'll put out info about all involved in the project.

I need to know the date of the shoot at least 3 weeks in advance so I can make sure all clothes are free, plus the shipping takes a few days. Shipping cost - plus insurance- is always payed by the one who's borrowing the clothes.

As soon as the shoot is finished the clothes shall be returned in the same condition as they were when you received them. Otherwise you can be charged for carelessness.

If you like to keep any of the clothes after the shoot, please let me know before shipping.

At last; Just tell me a bit what you have in mind for the shoot. Let me know your vision - I wanna be wowed! How many outfits and which ones. Studio or location? Theme?

*Please note 1: Models must be a size S/XS to borrow clothes for a shoot since the test collection only is made in size S.

*Please note 2: Everyone who wants to borrow clothes, and do fulfill the demands, will not be permitted.

*Please note 3: After being permitted to borrow clothes a contract and a list of the clothes for the shoot must be signed and returned to me.

Guidelines for those who's thinking about hiring me for a fashion show

  • I'll bring my own team of models, stylists and dressers. This is the only thing that is not negotiable.

I would like the club to arrange:

  • The catwalk. It needs to be at least 1 x 8 meters or 2 x 6 meters. Consider if there's enough room for both the audience and the runway.
  • Sound and light equipment, plus someone to take care of it during the show.
  • A proper backstage area with big mirrors, decent light and electricity for styling equipment.
  • A place to hang backdrops and/or a projector for a picture slideshow.
  • Safe storage for the clothes after the show = a locked room.
  • If it's not possible to get to the backstage area to change clothes during the show the organizer of the club/party needs to have this sorted out and presented to me before the day of the show.
  • My team and I need to get access to the venue at least 8 h before the show, to do all the styling, set up the clothes backstage and have 2 rehearsals of the coreography.
  • Since we will be at the club all day preparing for the show we would like to get some sort of food and refreshments.

Please note:

  • I don't do shows where it's allowed to smoke indoor, unless you pay for the dry cleaning of the clothes afterwards.
  • I don't arrange fashion shows for free and not in the exchange of PR, unless it's a very good deal.
*Please note: I'm currently not available for fashion show bookings*
